COHEN RECYCLING HAS ONCE AGAIN RANKED AMONG THE TOP WORKPLACES IN THE REGION FOR 2019.

Every year, the Cincinnati Enquirer publishes this list of distinguished regional employers. The rankings are based on the results of voluntary, anonymous employee surveys conducted by Energage, a national employee research firm.

This is the third year that Cohen has participated in the program and our third placement on the list. We previously ranked in 2014 and 2017.

It takes a lot of people power to keep this business running. Among our 550+ employees and 20+ worksites, you can count heavy equipment mechanics and operators, transportation and logistics experts, metallurgists and fabricators, electronics refurbishment technicians, safety and quality professionals, facility managers, and a whole fleet of drivers, just to name a few examples.

As a family owned company in its fourth generation, Cohen is proud to provide a work environment where our employees are treated as family and where their well being is always at the forefront of our decisions and actions. This is is how we stand by our commitment to People Powered Recycling.

Thank you to all of the employees who participated in this survey and helped us make the list!
